Team Diabetes, which will include Janine, will be travelling to Costa Rica in May 2011 for their inaugural hike in Rincon de la Vieja National Park in support of the Canadian Diabetes Association! Team members will explore one of the most biologically diverse places on earth with a local naturalist guide who will provide in-depth information about the natural history and local culture. 

This won’t be just any walk in the park though so we'll provide Janine with training and fundraising support to ensure she is ready to meet the challenge. Her commitment and dedication will strengthen the fundraising efforts of the Canadian Diabetes Association as they strive to provide world-class research, outstanding outreach programs and valuable services to people living with diabetes.
